Pre-Order FAQ

Thank you for your interested in a pre-order product! Read below for a few questions you may be wondering about how pre-orders work. 


When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated ship dates will be written out on the product page for the pre-order item. Keep in mind - these are only estimates! Actual ship date may be earlier or later than expected. Our plush are so excited to see the world, they sometimes take the scenic route to get to their new home. Other times, they want to arrive as soon as possible! 

Do I have to pay for the pre-order item now?

Credit cards and other forms of payment will be charged when the order is placed. This helps avoid unexpected charges later, or cards expiring. 

If I order a pre-order item and an in stock item together, will they ship separately or together?

If you order an in stock item and a pre-order item together, note that the items will be shipped together! If you want to receive in stock items before the pre-order item is in stock, then please place two separate orders. 

Do pre-orders ship outside the US? 

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship internationally. Pre-Orders are only available in the US. 

How do I get notifications about my order? 

You will receive an email notification when you place your order, and another email notification when your order has been shipped. If there are any updates to the ship date of the item, the product listings will be updated.
